One simple monthly payment
Once we’ve assessed your needs and got you set up, all of our services are available in one simple monthly payment. So you know what goes out each month and we’ll cover the rest.
You can cancel at any time. (But we don’t think you’ll want to.)

Setting-up your US business enterprise, including helping you create a US bank account and filing all required initial government reports
Helping you employ and pay US employees, while managing all aspects of HR and compliance
Crafting intercompany agreements, including loan and transfer pricing agreements
Filing all government reports, including tax returns
Managing the legal aspects of your relationships with US vendors/suppliers, customers/clients, and other partners, including contract drafting and review
Establishing and managing accounting systems, including handling accounts payable and receivable
Helping you navigate and comply with the US sales tax system
Providing ongoing legal, tax, payroll, and business advice for your US enterprise
Although we have clients who have been with us for almost a decade, there’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time.
How we get you set up
The process is simple.
1.
You get in touch and tell us how we can help.
2.
We schedule a video call to get to know each other better and to see if it’s the right fit for both of us. By the end of the call, we’ll usually have a good sense as to whether partnering together makes sense.
3.
We take all the legal steps to make our relationship official. We’ll send you a professional services agreement, by which you formally instruct us to represent you.
4.
You pay an initial fee of $5,000 to formally retain us, which also covers the first three clear months of our services.

Once we’ve begun, you can contact Jerry and the team at any time with any questions.

A note on due diligence
Bouwen complies with the client due diligence requirements of the United Kingdom’s Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.
Prior to (and at certain points during) the engagement, all clients must provide sufficient information to determine and verify their identities. Where the client is a business entity, sufficient information must be provided to determine and verify the identity of each beneficial owner of the entity.
